The Imagine A Day Scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior, accepted to a 4-year accredited university, who has demonstrated and sustained accomplishment through creative and/or performing arts involvement, achieved sustained academic success and has balanced those pursuits with charitable, civic and/or athletic activities as well.

**When submitting the application, you must include:

Transcript and Two Letters of Recommendation

Due in OHS STUDENT SERVICES BY MARCH 1^ST AT 3:00 P.M.
