Waukesha County Medical Society Scholarship Opportunity

 

 

Applicants Must:

• Be a graduating high school senior of a Waukesha County High School
• Plan to do college work leading to a degree as a medical doctor or nurse at an accredited college or university in the state of Wisconsin
• Rank in the upper half of your high school class
• Show evidence of financial need
• Complete an application (available from OHS Student Services)
• Provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, employer, community leader or another individual
• Provide other pages as needed for personal statement and list of activities
• Submit an official transcript and copies of standardized test scores (ACT/SAT)
• Have a parent/guardian sign this application as indicated in the Finances section
• Enclose a recent snapshot or class picture (optional)

Simon Youth Foundation Community Scholarship

2013 Simon Youth Foundation Community Scholarship

 

Scholarship offers up to 190 community scholarships valued up to $1400 to a graduating senior attends school and lives in close proximity of a Simon Property Mall or Community Center (Johnson Creek Outlets). Must be:

• A graduating senior attends school and lives in close proximity of a Simon Property Mall or Community Center (Johnson Creek Outlets).
• Planning to enroll no later than Fall 2013 in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two or four year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
• Employees or family members of employees of Simon Property Group and affiliated partners are not eligible.
• Complete an application (available in OHS Student Services) and mail it along with a current, complete official transcript of grades to Scholarship Management Services postmarked no later than January 11, 2013  (ONLY THE FIRST 3000 APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WILL BE PROCESSED)
• Applicants are responsible for gathering and submitting all necessary information including a copy of page one of your parents' 2011 tax return FORM 1040

The BigSun Organization is proud to be able to continue to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits.  BigSun is offering an annual scholarship to a deserving student.
