Waukesha County Medical Society Scholarship Opportunity
Applicants Must:
- Be a graduating high school senior of a Waukesha County High School
- Plan to do college work leading to a degree as a medical doctor or nurse at an accredited college or university in the state of Wisconsin
- Rank in the upper half of your high school class
- Show evidence of financial need
- Complete an application (available from OHS Student Services)
- Provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, employer, community leader or another individual
- Provide other pages as needed for personal statement and list of activities
- Submit an official transcript and copies of standardized test scores (ACT/SAT)
- Have a parent/guardian sign this application as indicated in the Finances section
- Enclose a recent snapshot or class picture (optional)
