2014 Pagel Arts Scholarship

2014 Pagel Graphic Arts Scholarship:

This scholarship is awarded to any full-time student pursuing some form of post-secondary education in the graphic communications industry.  Scholarships will be awarded based on academic performance, outside activities and financial need.

Applicants Must:
-Be a full-time student attending school in Wisconsin
-Plan to pursue some form of post-secondary education in the graphic communications industry.
-Scholarships will be awarded based on academic performance, outside activities and financial need.

Jefferson County Farm Bureau Scholarship 2013-14

2013-14 Jefferson County Farm Bureau Scholarship Guidelines

The Jefferson County Farm Bureau is making available two $500 scholarships to students who will be graduating in the spring and furthering in higher education or those who are already enrolled in higher education, and who meet the qualifications below:

  • Must be a member of Jefferson County Farm Bureau for a minimum of one year or be from a Jefferson County Farm Bureau Member's family.
  • Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college, a Farm and Industry Short Course or a technical school.
  • The scholarship money will be paid after notification that the recipient has successfully completed one semester of college, and a transcript of the students' grades has been received.
  • Essay of 250 words or more on why this scholarship is important to them.  We request that the essay be typed.
  • Application deadline is April 15th.  Applications will not be accepted with a postmark after April 15th.
The application form must be filled out and submitted to the Scholarship Committee by April 15, 2014 along with the essay, transcript and two letters of recommendation. References shall return their written recommendations to the Scholarship Committee in a sealed envelope.

Delta Theta Sigma Housing and Academic Scholarships for UW-Madison or Madison Area Technical College:

Delta Theta Sigma is offering housing and academic scholarships to high school seniors that will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison or Madison Area Technical College.
$1000 In-House Resident Scholarship - Up to ten awarded
Leadership positions, sports and activities, community involvement, and academic achievement will be considered equally.  Applicant will be notified of results within three weeks of completing the application.
$500 Academic Scholarship - Up to two awarded
Applicants who qualify will be notified before March 2014 and will be required to attend an interview in September 2014.  The recipient will be notified by October 1, 2014.


Applicants Must:
-Be a  new incoming fall 2014 undergraduate student attending UW-Madison or Madison Area Technical College

GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program 2013-14

Exceptional student leaders are invited to apply for the 2014 GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program.  In honor of the legacy and character of President Ronald Reagan, this program annually rewards up to 20 college-bound students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship with $10,000 renewable scholarships (up to $40,000 per recipient).

Like President Reagan, candidates use the formative experiences of their youth to lead, serve, and pursue a life of progress, both individually and for their communities.

The Stone Bank Lion's Club is offering scholarships to graduating high school seniors.
Applicants Must:
-Live and be a resident of the Stone Bank School District
-Be a senior, expecting to graduate in June 2014 and planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year college
-Submit a completed scholarship application and essay by the due date (February 1, 2014) with all the necessary requirements
-Students will be selected in a random drawing

 up to 4- $500 scholarships

-Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50
-Must plan to attend UW-Stevens Point and intend to major in chemistry during the 2012-2013 school year

  • Be present to accept the scholarship
  • Provide information on involvement in school activities, service, grades, financial need, transcript, and letters of reference

Milwaukee/National Association of the Remodeling Industry Foundation, Inc. (NARI)


Applicants Must:

  • Be enrolling or enrolled in the following programs can apply for the scholarship:  architecture, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, interior design, landscaping, masonry, plumbing or other industry related curriculum
  • Have to be taking at least 12 credits during the 2013-14 academic year will be able to apply for a $1000 scholarship, while those taking 6-11 credits can apply for a $500 scholarship
  • GPA provides a benchmark for evaluation  but emphasis will be placed on the student's demonstration of work ethic, motivation, dedication, follow through and creativity.
