Applicants Must:
-Be a graduating high school senior Spring 2016
-Have a strong commitment to pursuing and completing a bachelor's degree at an accredited public or private institution in the United States (may start their studies at a two year institution and then transfer to a four year institution.)
-Must have critical financial need($55,000 or less adjusted gross income per family is preferred)-Be a United States Citizen
-Involvement in co-curricular and community activities
-A minimum grade point average of 2.0
-Must complete the Academic Information and Adversity Section of the application
-Must have the counselor complete a certification form after the applicant applies
