CHUCK PETERSEN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP 2015
The Chuck Petersen Memorial Scholarship consists of a one-time award of $5000, to be made payable to a graduating senior’s selected college or university. The winner of this award will be announced in the spring, and presented at Oconomowoc High School’s Senior Honors Night.

Applicants Must:
-Be a senior at Oconomowoc High School
-Submit an application available at www.chuckpetersen.com by February 28, 2015
-Submit two letters of recommendation and a high school transcript with their application
Selection of the recipient will be based on:
- personal integrity
- leadership
- accomplishment
- team motivation
- willingness to contribute toward the success of others
