Applicants Must:

Be a resident of the Oconomowoc Area and be a high school senior or graduate and be accepted at an approved college, university or technical school.

Provide a copy of parent's honorable discharge must accompany application
- Provide a transcript and letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor
