UW-Madison Scholarships
Waukesha Chapter of Wisconsin Alumni Association
Applicants Must:
-Be a graduating high school senior from an accredited Waukesha County High School in 2012
-Attend University of Wisconsin-Madison beginning the fall semester of 2012
-Be able to provide information regarding their academic achievements, extracurricular involvement, financial need and community activities
-Submit (5) collated packets to include:
- completed and typed application form
- transcripts with seven semesters of your grades, copies accepted
- two letters of recommendation
- (also include two self-addressed stamped letter sized envelopes)
-Must be mailed to: Mary Komlo, Scholarship Chair, 628 Acorn Glen, Delafield, WI 53018
